I’m currently pregnant and I wanted to have this book for our new family. It has so much in it, so I just focus on the area I’m ready to learn about and implement.

I’m starting with pregnancy herbs and herbs preparing for labor to help with natural progress and pain management.

You can tell that so much intention has gone into this book! And can’t believe how many areas this book covers.

They even are extremely specific about what combinations to use and when to begin a certain tea or tincture. If there needs to be caution in using something, they clearly state these details. This is comforting, especially since I’m just starting in this learning journey.

The most expensive book I ever bought. I find it helpful especially for health natural remedies. This is better referrence than browsing the internet, since in the coming years most internet information is going to be AI generated, and you are not sure if it is scientifically proven or not. So I still prefer to have a copy of the book. Information is very helpful, providing images and clear explanation.
