The most expensive book I ever bought. I find it helpful especially for health natural remedies. This is better referrence than browsing the internet, since in the coming years most internet information is going to be AI generated, and you are not sure if it is scientifically proven or not. So I still prefer to have a copy of the book. Information is very helpful, providing images and clear explanation.

This book is amazing. It's very easy to use, the language that is used is very easy to understand and it's very applicable. My son has been having ear pain due to his teething, he's 15 months, and I was able to find the section in the book, read, understand and do the onion poutine recommended very quickly - while he was screaming and fussing - that's how user friendly it is!!! When the authors don't have a recipe to help, they don't give one just because, which I appreciate the honesty ( like for RETINAL DETACHMENT - a friend of mine is having issues with that and I went to look for something to help, but only found tips on how to keep the eye healthy. Nothing to treat this issue, which again I appreciate the good work/medical ethics and honesty of the authors.
