    Sleep, pain relief, neuropathy

    I use this for pain relief of arthritis and scoliosis. I spray on my feet for better sleep and neuropathy pain. Works wonders. My grandson sleeps all night too!

    I haven’t used it yet. Should I be using everyday? I haven’t had a muscle cramp but I did see on the bottle that it is good for the skin. How is it good for the skin?
