I have seen good results in a few days. I have to wear high arch shoes or use my inserts or my feet hurt. I have adhesions on the arches & heel spurs. I wore a pair of flat shoes & no inserts to a wedding. Usually would have so much pain, but felt fine the whole night & no pain next day!! After only wearing the foot wraps w/ oil for about 7-10 days!! Every night before bed I put the wraps on!!! Also put on my nails every night. It has made them so strong. Not ONE break in the dry indoor air of winter! Using many other places & excited to see more positive results to come!!!
