I suffer from occasional canker sores on my tongue. I thought it was a fluke, but the third time it worked I knew it wasn't. When I feel a canker sore coming I eat 1/8th tsp a day for 2-3 days. The canker sore never develops, stopped in it's tracks. Three times it has worked the same, just need to take it as soon as you feel that numbness coming on your tongue. A++++++++++++++++++++

It's working well. It would work better but I'm on blood thinners & narcotics I used cayenne ginger in a shake. When I started taking garlic to I couldn't handle it. Then I saw another recommendation by you to not take them all together all the time. Thsnkyou for your knowledge & products

I’ve been dealing with sinus issues for 5+ years. Allergy meds only made me groggy, didn’t do anything for my sinuses. Nose sprays helped very little.
