There is an issue with this book and that it is a PDF. The presentation on the site and the price of the book will have you glazing over and throwing this item into your cart only to realize later that you will not receive an actual book at all. It seems this is a common issue because there is a disclaimer at the bottom of this item that you will initially miss that says under no circumstance will you get a refund on the book. When they say no circumstance they mean. Even if you are unable to access this PDF document, even if the issue is on their end. You are not getting your money back on this item or the item. 80% of the people I talked to about this in customer service were not kind or helpful. They just kept sending me a broken link to use as if I was an idiot. I planned to purchase most of the things on this website but I will not be purchasing anything else due to the issues with this pdf & the lack luster customer service I received. Take this item off your site or have someone install a pop up warning at check out about this item. Make the item accessible to clients and get some friendly customer service employees.
