I have greatly enjoyed the Barbara O'Neil book, Sustain Me, that I purchased in November2024. I keep referring to it multiple times. This is where I first learned of the castor oil packs (as well as viewing many of Barbara's social media videos, too) that can be used on the body. The liver castor oil pack is easy to use--just simply add the oil and use the drawstrings to tie/hold onto my body. It remains in place during the night. I have used it several times, and I believe I can do a few more at least before I need to soak/wash it.
