    Celtic Salt with Water

    I have noticed improvement, however, since it has been early in my switch to Celtic salt, I am looking forward to more improvement. I still have swelling, especially in the ankle area, but not as much as was prior to my switching to the salt regimen. I do drink quite a bit of water and have benefited from incorporating Celtic salt with my water. One result in using salt and water together has been that my urine has not been dark. I also use Celtic salt with my foods which taste even better.
