I love this cookbook. The recipes are delicious and easy to prepare and cook. A big plus, my family loves what I cook for them using the recipes from the Best of Veggies & Co cookbook.

I asked several questions, I did get prompt answers, but not clear answers. That may be bc of the world we live in. The cookbook does not seem to track with the dietary verbiage in books and video's. An example would be Wheat.

It was too expensive and I can’t use most of the recipes due to food allergies

Some really yummy recipes. Can't wait to try them all.
