I had never tried anything quite like this before and reached out to Customer Support for advice. I discovered how simple it was to merely put my finger lightly in the jar to obtain a tiny amount on my flesh, and then with my finger up to my nostril, sniff the powder in! It really eased the congestion and helped it clear up.

Used this twice in total, the first time was right in the thick of the sinus infection and within 30 minutes I went from the bean bag all curled up, to back to work. The second time I took the dose was a week later when I could still feel the nasal drip and I had a lingering cough, within 24 hours they had both gone. I will agree, it is not the most pleasant thing to do, snorting goldenseal up my nostril, but the results totally outweigh the discomfort. So happy that I have this instead of having to turn to Sudafed.
