Simply apply 1-2 tbsp of castor oil to the flannel side of the pack and wrap around the needed area.

It is 25" long and 5.5" at its widest point in the middle

Washing instructions: Soak pack in baking soda and water. Rinse with a clean, non-toxic soap. Hang to dry.
