Knee Organic Castor Oil Pack

I have the larger-size knee wraps (2). I ordered the smaller ones(2), thinking they would fit better. Because maybe I stretched the larger ones a bit from wearing them all the time, just about:). When I don't have the knee wrap on my right knee, with the castor oil(Meniscus tear, for which nothing can be done because of a Tibial Plateau Fracture-3-31-24, and arthritis), my knee gets more swollen and stiff. I do love the fact that something is working:). I thought the smaller ones would fit; maybe a third size could be made, a size in between large and small??? Just a thought:) I'm very thankful for all you do for US!:)

My knees were giving me the blues and after a week if not two the pain was 80 percent gone Praise God! Now I did add frankincense to the castor oil which seemed to relive pain as well my pain had eased so much that I said i don't need these anymore but I want to be at 100 percent sooo i still wear them every night and eat healthy as possible avoiding processed foods and fried foods water and peppermint tea
