Size

Castor oil packs are amazing for relieving stress and fatigue while improving and strengthening physical health. They promote blood circulation, reduce inflammation, regulate stool, and cleanse your liver all while relaxing your joints and muscles.

Simply apply 1-2 tbsp of castor oil to the flannel side of the pack and wrap around the needed area. 

Made with organic PUL and organic cotton flannel, you can rest assured knowing that the material against your skin is safe, soft, and hypoallergenic.

Choose from 3 options:
S/M Knee 19.5" x 6.5"
S/M Knee *Extended Length* 25" x 6.5"
L/XL Knee 25" x 9"

Washing instructions: Soak pack in baking soda and water. Rinse with a clean, non-toxic soap. Hang to dry.

Important: Do not use castor oil packs while pregnant.

    I do wish you had a medium size, otherwise it is great. I just can not walk around with it on because it falls down around my ankle.

    love the ease of use

    The knee castor oil pack is very easy to use and clean in the washer. It covers a great area of my knee. I love it!

    My only problem is The only size available was a large and it fall off when I stand up. I think I need a med.

    This plus PT

    I have been going to PT for a knee injury but things weren't progressing the way I hoped. This helped my knee feel so . much better. The other knee was feeling a bit left out and not as strong. So now, I route knees and they both are doing so much better!
