Foot Organic Castor Oil Pack

Castor oil packs are amazing for relieving stress and fatigue while improving and strengthening physical health. They promote blood circulation, reduce inflammation, regulate stool, and cleanse your liver all while relaxing your joints and muscles.

Directions: Simply apply 1-2 tbsp of castor oil to the flannel side of the pack and wrap around the needed area.  Slide a sock over the pack to wear overnight.

Made with organic PUL and organic cotton flannel, you can rest assured knowing that the material against your skin is safe, soft, and hypoallergenic.

This Foot Pack measures 8" in length and has a 14" wrap around.

Washing instructions: Soak pack in baking soda and water. Rinse with a clean, non-toxic soap. Hang to dry.
