Note:  To soften bristles, soak in warm water. Store tooth brush in dry environment. Rinse brush thoroughly after each use. Replace brush every 6-8 weeks.

This is a natural toothbrush with no glue, it is normal for a bristle to fall out from time to time. It will not affect the overall functionality of the brush.
