Our Wild Yam Cream combines Wild Yam and Chaste Tree - herbs traditionally used to relieve menstrual pain and spasms and help reduce the occurrence of menopausal symptoms.
How does it work?
Wild Yam naturally contains Diosgenin, a plant compound known for its role in supporting hormone health. Diosgenin influences the biochemical lipid pathways that contribute to the production of natural compounds, including cholesterol. Cholesterol is the starting point for all steroid hormones, including progesterone, estrogen, testosterone, and adrenal hormones, which play key roles in your body’s overall hormone balance. The cream also contains Chaste Tree - traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to relieve menstrual pain and spasms, and help reduce the occurrence of menopausal symptoms.

Directions:
For external use only. As directed massage well into chest, neck, breasts, abdomen, inner arms & thighs, these are areas of the body where the cream is particularly well absorbed. Select one location for each application only.
Dosages:
For menstrual pain, spasms or discomfort: Start on Day 12 to Day 20 with 0.625mg (1/8th of a 5ml metric teaspoon) (1/4 of a small 2.5ml teaspoon) am and pm then Day 21 to Day 28 with 1.25g (1/4 of a metric 5ml teaspoon) (1/2 of a small 2.5ml teaspoon).
For occurrence of menopausal symptoms: Start on Day 7 with 0.652mg (1/8 of a metric 5mg teaspoon) am and pm then as above. Create a new cycle if necessary.
NB: Day 1 is always the start of your period.
