I was taking cayenne in capsule form from another company but feel im getting better results with this product! I recently went for my yearly physical and was told by my NP that my total cholesterol had gone down 26 points and LDL down 25 pts from last years appointment!!! Praise God.... Good news even though i don't think my numbers were "High" they did, and were really pushing statins....which i will NEVER do....but they were shocked and amazed at my numbers and its all due to Barbaras lectures on heart health which helped me to get off blood pressure meds and lowered my numbers substantially!!! So very thankful for all the work that you all do to help people take control of our health naturally!!!
