    Goldenseal root

    I have not used it very long. It does not specify how often to use. Seems to dry things up pretty good. I am a person with sinusitis. Hopefully I can add another star the longer. I use it.

    Golden seal sniff

    I have sniffed a small amount to help with blocked sinuses while I am unwell. It did burn a little and brought a little relief.

    Great powder

    I used it as directed. And it worked.

    I was having sinus swelling issues. Nothing was helping till Coming off a sinus infection & 10 days of antibiotics I had severe swelling in the back of my sinus. I used this. I added 1/2 tsp powder to 1 /2 cup of water , brought to a boil then turned off heat & let it steep for 15 minutes. Once it was cool I stirred it one more time & gargled with it 3 or 4 times. Immediate relief for the swelling in the area where sinus & throat meet. I also used the dry powder by sniffing a very tiny bit in each nostril. I did this once for two days & it worked wonders. Would definitely buy again.
